Test drives of R13 have started.
During the test of my Creality CR10v2 I had printed parts for a new Rover. Meanwhile this vehicle is up for first test runs. There is still some fine tuning on hard- and software needed, but you can try it out in my RoboSpatium. I have also written the chapter about the build instruction of R13.

Creality sent me the latest version of their CR-10 series, the CR-10V2. While creating my review video about this 3D printer I have printed parts for a new rover that I am working on.

Mobile laser engraver with NEJE KZ3000
With the NEJE D-8KZ3000 I received my first laser engraver. The cheap device has only a small workspace, but experimenting with this new technology was a lot of fun. I built a mobile engraving station using a Raspberry Pi and a powerbank.
The machinery I will display are a new version of my CNC series, the demo console servo drives as well as a not yet really working prototype of a filament extruder. Hope to see you on the Siemens booth!

Direct Granule Extruder
If you own a 3D printer, you will sooner or later wonder if and how you could use waste plastics instead of filament to print. That's exactly why I have built an extruder that can handle plastic granules. As usually, I have searched for ways to create a mechanics that works without special parts.
I am at the Make Munich on March 2 + 3 at the stand of my sponstor Siemens. Besides my upgraded CNC v3.2.2 I will show my latest Rover R12 that you can test drive.
Furthermore I am working on a demo using an industrial servo motor besides a homemade variant of that drive. I am looking forward to interesting talks and hope to get new ideas for future projects!

Bulid instruction CNC v3.2.2
I have added large parts of the build instruction of CNC v3.2.2. I am still working on minor details of the mechanics, on large parts of the software and a second type of motor electronics.
What is the aim of the Award?
